About The Role:

  • Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to final onboarding
  • Work closely with senior executives and high-profile individuals to make strategic decisions and shape the future of the organization
  • Provide invaluable insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies as a trusted partner to the CEOs
  • Think outside the box and challenge hiring managers to think differently about their recruitment needs
  • Push boundaries to attract the best talent and devise innovative sourcing strategies
  • Create amazing recruitment experiences that showcase the company's culture and values
  • Ensure that every candidate feels valued and respected throughout the process

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of working with executives
  • Proven track record of managing complexity and leading successful recruitment efforts in fast-paced environments
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and think outside the box
  • Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with senior executives and high-profile individuals
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey our company's culture and values to potential candidates
  • Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions to drive projects forward
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • High level of adaptability and resilience
  • Fluent English, both Verbal and written- A must
