The Opportunity:
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage full-cycle global recruiting with a focus on our technical (Engineering and Product) roles, ensuring that we deliver a first-class experience for candidates and internal teams alike. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their specific needs and find top talent to contribute to the growth of their teams.
This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our local office.
Your Mission:
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from position request through to offer
- Partner with hiring managers, providing consistent support and feedback from the search
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, github, behance, etc to perform outreach and ensure a healthy candidate pipeline
- Deliver an exemplary candidate experience in all areas of our recruiting process
- Work within Greenhouse (our ATS) to manage the hiring journey
- Provide coaching and support to internal employees on the interview process
- Develop trusting relationships with all hierarchical levels within the company as well as potential hires
- Ensure training and knowledge sharing is a usual part of the team’s way of working
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements, technical enhancements and metrics monitoring
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in technical roles (recruiting for a high-growth SaaS company preferred)
- Passion for finding and connecting the best talent and with a proven ability to source, engage, and nurture prospective candidates
- A service-oriented approach towards all stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills, experience with multi-project management, and close attention to detail
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members and leaders in talent acquisition best practices
- Keep abreast of the last trends and talent acquisition innovations
