The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner delivers end-to-end recruitment for complex and critical roles while acting as a consultative partner to the business. This role brings strong market insight, mentors junior team members, and actively contributes to improving hiring practices and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full Cycle Recruitment Excellence

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior and priority roles
  • Conduct in depth assessments of candidate capability, fit, and potential
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to drive effective, timely decision

Strategic Sourcing & Market Insight

  • Build proactive pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs
  • Provide guidance on talent market trends, availability, and competitiveness
  • Recommend creative sourcing approaches for hard to fill roles

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
  • Balance speed, quality, and experience in high volume or high complexity hiring

Experience & Capabilities

  • 5–8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong experience managing multiple complex requisitions simultaneously
  • Confident stakeholder management and decision making influence
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (Workday preferred)
