We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to design, execute, and continuously enhance our early talent pipeline and diversity recruiting strategies. This role is a key individual contributor responsible for building scalable university partnerships, leading internships and early career programs, and driving initiatives that attract, develop, and convert high-potential, diverse talent.
You will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and DEI stakeholders to shape sustainable talent pipelines across university, veteran, and underrepresented communities, operating with a high degree of autonomy and impact.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive early career recruiting strategy aligned with workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
- Build and manage scalable pipelines for interns, co-ops, and entry-level talent across key business areas.
- Identify and prioritize target universities, including technical and diversity-focused institutions.
- Define and track key performance metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, diversity representation) and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
- Lead campus engagement strategy, including career fairs, info sessions, and targeted recruiting events.
- Build strong relationships with minority-serving institutions (e.g., HBCUs, HSIs) and affinity-based student groups.
- Represent the organization as an employer of choice through both in-person and virtual campus initiatives.
- Design and implement proactive strategies to attract early career talent from underrepresented and veteran communities.
- Develop partnerships with organizations supporting veteran transition and diverse talent pipelines.
- Create targeted outreach strategies across both traditional and non-traditional channels.
- Ensure diverse candidate slates and equitable hiring practices across all early career programs.
- Analyze recruiting data and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Design, launch, and manage structured internship and co-op programs with meaningful, project-based experiences.
- Partner with hiring managers to support onboarding, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Develop strategies to convert high-performing interns into full-time employees.
- Continuously enhance program structure, content, and participant experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on early career recruiting or university partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience supporting diversity recruiting initiatives.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM and campus recruiting platforms.
- Understanding of campus recruiting cycles and early career hiring strategies.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and inclusive hiring frameworks.
- Familiarity with veteran hiring pipelines and transition programs.
- Experience building and scaling early talent programs.
- Workforce planning and talent pipeline analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM and campus recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake, Beamery).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Must be U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, conditional resident, asylee, refugee, or eligible for required U.S. Department of State authorizations
