Summary:

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse portfolio of positions supporting The Kaufman Hall Consulting Business Unit. This group includes a wide-range of skill sets including, but not limited to, strategy and performance improvement, consultants, investment bankers, finance professionals, healthcare experts, clinical leaders, technology leaders, and project managers.  You will partner with business leaders to understand talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience. You will build strong relationships across the organization, leverage market insights to identify top talent, and contribute to recruiting initiatives that support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting including: sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, setting up interview schedules, collecting interview feedback, negotiating & completing offers, and successfully closing candidates.
  • Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, and develop a deep understanding of all business units.
  • Develop business knowledge of the company and strategic objectives, industry, and current market dynamics.
  • Manage multiple openings at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure a consistently positive and professional experience for each candidate by managing and advising the candidate expectations and providing timely feedback.
  • Educate and train hiring teams on interviewing techniques and create supporting tools and processes.
  • Provide status updates and reporting as required.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to successfully manage other related HR processes such as onboarding of new hires and employment branding.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruiting within executive search, contingency search, management consulting, or a comparable professional services environment preferred.
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in Chicago.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
