The Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will spearhead coordination within the Talent Acquisition team, managing interviews, onboarding, and background checks with precision. Proficiency in Workday ATS and HRIS systems will ensure seamless recruitment operations and strategic alignment, enhancing the candidate experience and organizational success.

What you will do…

  • Lead the coordination of recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth process for interviews, assessments, and onboarding procedures.

  • Manage high-volume interview scheduling (onsite, virtual, panel, executive) with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail

  • Utilize Workday ATS and HRIS systems to enhance candidate tracking, onboarding efficiency, and background check accuracy.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and streamline background checks to meet regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to align talent acquisition activities with organizational objectives and drive operational excellence.

  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize recruitment operations and support strategic initiatives within the team.

Who you are…

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment operations experience, with a strong command of Workday ATS and HRIS systems.

  • Proven track record in coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and background checks.

  • Strategic organizational skills with proactive task management abilities in a remote work setting.

  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively and deliver exceptional experiences.

  • Hold candidate experience in high regard, advocate for inclusive hiring practices, and work intentionally to provide equitable experiences for candidates of all backgrounds.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic alignment.

As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity. We are pleased to share the hourly rate for this position: $29.21 - $33.52 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision. The actual salary will vary by geographic region and job experience. We will share detailed compensation data for a specific location during the recruiting process.
