Location: Paris, France

We are looking for a leader who can identify and engage the brightest talent to fuel our business today and develop tomorrow's leaders. We're looking for our next Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Paris, France.

In this role, you’ll craft market-leading attraction and sourcing strategies, engage diverse talent, and use data-driven insights to influence change and improve business results. You will stay highly connected with the external market, use data-based insights and creativity to build long-term digital and face-to-face attraction strategies, develop strong candidate pipelines, and deliver immediate hiring requirements. You will act as a strategic HR partner, working directly with, and influencing, business leaders, external partners and other HR professionals in a dynamic environment.

With us you will:

  • Provide Talent Acquisition leadership to our FBNL businesses, spread across 3 countries – France, Belgium & the Netherlands
  • Lead our in-market team, responsible for our entry level employer-branding and attraction activities, hiring targets and development projects in FBNL
  • Partner with our central experienced hiring team to deliver our needs in this segment
  • Actively partner with business and HR leadership to manage workforce planning and to design and deliver recruitment strategies, processes and solutions to meet short- and long-term goals. You will build and optimize a diverse, constantly evolving ecosystem to attract and source our prime prospects, working through multiple channels across both physical and digital environments.
  • Lead change and process improvement initiatives that contribute to the improvement of Talent Acquisition results
  • Bring candidate and market insights and knowledge into the organisation
  • Assess, analyse and build capability needs within your team and partners
  • Own the local of Talent Acquisition budget
  • Lead, or contribute to, regional Talent Acquisition projects to further develop our capabilities, tools and processes.

 

You can expect:

  • A competitive salary that is benchmarked annually against market standards and adjusts based on performance and impact. On top, STAR, an additional annual variable compensation for short-term achievements
  • Work from Home: 1 day per week for the first 6 months, then up to 2 days per week

Job Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience leading talent attraction and acquisition strategies, including managing employer branding within a large international organization, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Experience as a team leader and strategic HR partner in a complex, matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build partnerships and influence business stakeholders effectively.
  • High level of digital fluency, leveraging data and analytics to generate insights and guide decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with a strong drive to inspire change and foster innovation across the organization.
  • Prior experience working in the FBNL market, with a particular focus on France.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
