The Opportunity

Deliver Talent Acquisition services to meet hiring strategy and develop the company’s employer brand via social media and other relevant platforms

Direct and manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for all managerial and supervisory openings and critical hirings for Singapore and Asia

Partner with HRBP and C&B teams to propose competitive, market-aligned offers following HR policies and procedures, and responsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the candidate recruitment experience until start date

Manage recruitment budgets, including job board expenses, agency fees, and recruitment marketing expenses and execute the strategy for the proactive sourcing company-wide including services, KPIs, technology leverage, processes, and alignment with the business need

Delivery of Sourcing ‘assignments’ which could include supporting Executive Search, talent mapping/pooling, succession planning, or open roles

Train and coach, the TA Team on TA systems, policies, and procedures, and when needed, contribute to ad hoc projects in Human Resources for profitable business growth
What You’ll Need to Succeed

8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in managerial positions; recruiting in the supply chain and logistics industry is a plus

Experience working on a manager level / senior TA partner role is preferred but not essential, managing senior stakeholder relationships, with strong influencing and persuasion skills

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods, expertise in various direct candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching)

Passion for complex recruiting problem-solving and stakeholder coaching, goal-oriented, accountable, and proactive personality, ability to handle ambiguity and resilience will be valuable

Knowing Singapore labor laws and Singapore/Asia market hiring practices

Experience in using the Workday TA system is a plus
