As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Doctolib, you'll be at the heart of building exceptional teams that drive our mission to improve healthcare for everyone. You'll lead recruitment efforts for our Sales & Operations teams while spearheading our Campus France strategy. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you shape the future of our talent pipeline and contribute directly to Doctolib's continued growth.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- You will lead and coach a team of recruiters focused on attracting top talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers on its mission to transform healthcare access
- You will develop and oversee recruitment strategies for our Sales & Operations teams in alignment with business objectives
- You will lead high-level stakeholder management, partnering and advising sales and operations leadership teams
- You will spearhead our Campus France initiatives, crafting compelling attraction strategies while implementing efficient high-volume hiring operations and ensuring the quality and success of our internship/apprentices programs
- You will drive recruitment operational excellence by implementing and optimizing AI-powered tools and innovative processes to enhance your team performance
- You will establish and maintain best practices for candidate experience, ensuring your team advocates effectively for candidates throughout the recruitment process while building our talent community and employer brand
- You will be in charge of hiring senior and critical Sales & Operations profiles in France, managing end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles.

You could be our next team member if you:
- You have at least 8+ years of recruitment experience with proven team management expertise, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- You have successfully managed (high volume) recruitment operations applying consistently high standards in assessment and candidate experience
- You have exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
- You are strategically minded with ability to use data points to make informed decisions, coupled with user centric approach and solve complex problems
- Full proficiency in French and English
