Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Senior Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process during a period of peak hiring demand. This role is primarily focused on high-volume recruitment delivery for all levels from staff to manager level. The position will play a key role in ensuring efficient hiring execution, strong pipeline readiness, and a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offering for all levels (from staff to manager).
· Talent Sourcing & Pipeline: Proactively source and build a strong candidate pipeline for both corporate and retail roles, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring.
· Selection & Assessment: Conduct candidate evaluations, administer assessments, and provide high-quality shortlist recommendations to hiring managers.
· Process Coordination & Stakeholder Experience: Coordinate interview schedules, track recruitment status, and ensure a seamless, timely communication flow to deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
· Work with People Experience Team & Payroll Vendor to support offer and post-offer activities such as contract preparation and pre-onboarding arrangements (documentation collection, onboarding logistics, communication) to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding
· Facilitate with HRBP & Hiring Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding process
· Maintain accurate candidate data in recruitment systems, recruitment pipeline tracking and support reporting needs
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and process governance & compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally with volume hiring exposure and multinational work environment
Solid background in Retail, FMCG, or a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency and ability to navigate through ambiguity
Strong sourcing capability and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Detail-oriented and data-savvy, with strong tracking discipline
Strong communication skills, able to engage both candidates and stakeholders with fluency in Vietnamese and English
Comfortable handling administrative and coordination tasks, including interview scheduling, assessment administration, and post-offer activities
Proactive and hands-on in managing end-to-end recruitment operations, with strong ownership of process tracking and follow-through
Skills Required
