As a Senior Tech Talent Partner, you’ll attract top-tier tech talent for the Vienna market. You’ll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across our entire Tech & Product organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, drive strategic hiring processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end hiring for roles across Tech and Product, primarily for roles in our Vienna HQ, including executing tailored sourcing strategies
- Leveraging your extensive candidate network and utilising various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, industry events and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to final offer, maintaining transparency, open communication, and a positive journey for the candidate.
- Partner with stakeholders to align on goals, ensure interview readiness and engagement, and regularly track and report hiring progress to leadership.
- Strategic and data-driven tech & product recruiter with a background owning the full candidate experience from strategic intake meetings and sourcing to hiring.
- Great network and deep understanding of the Austrian Tech & Product market, especially within that specific talent landscape.
- Strong stakeholder manager with excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills in English. German would be a plus.
