About The Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, adaptable team player who can jump in quickly and support a variety of priorities across the People Team. This role plays an important part in delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and employees.
You’ll partner closely with the recruiting team to manage interview scheduling, offers, requisitions, job postings, and maintain workflows in Greenhouse, while also supporting recruiting efforts to help move candidates through the pipeline.
This role also supports employee experience initiatives and internal programs — helping foster engagement and connection across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Greenhouse, ensuring accurate workflows, requisitions, job postings, and system integrity
- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination, delivering a seamless candidate and hiring team experience
- Prepare, generate, and extend employment offers in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers
- Support recruiters in moving candidates through the pipeline, including resume review, communications, and process follow-up
- Own pre-employment processes, including background checks and required screenings
- Lead onboarding logistics, including HRIS setup (Paylocity), new hire communications, and Day One readiness in partnership with IT
- Maintain recruiting data accuracy and support reporting, compliance, and process documentation
- Support employee experience initiatives, engagement activities, and culture-building efforts
- Assist in planning and executing People Team programs and cross-functional initiatives
- Manage internal resources such as the employee website and company swag coordination
What We Are Looking For:
- A true greenhouse expert with strong proficiency in full-cycle hiring and operations
- Experience posting roles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the offer process
- Familiarity with HR systems; experience with ChartHop preferred
- Some experience recruiting for a variety of roles
- Experience supporting or building people programs and employee initiatives
- A passion for continuously improving the candidate experience and overall people function
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
