  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources to enhance our talent pipeline.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in talent acquisition and recruitment, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within the healthcare or clinical research industry, with a focus on strategic recruitment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, with a solid understanding of data analysis.
  • A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition efforts.
