The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage all aspects of our technical recruiting portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and DEI, you will be responsible for leading recruitment activities for multiple levels with a deep understanding of the Technology industry. Leveraging your experience and market insights, you will not only have the ability to manage every phase of the talent acquisition process but will also be passionate about delivering an exceptional recruitment experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Digital & Technology roles, providing strategic guidance and subject-matter expertise across technical disciplines to attract and hire talent. 
- Source creatively and strategically using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, etc). 
- Assess talent with precision, balancing technical capability, culture complement, and long-term potential. 
- Manage candidate pipelines proactively, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience at every stage. 
- Advise hiring leaders on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability. 
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction. 
- Collaborate with the broader TA team to refine recruitment processes, share insights, and support special projects (e.g., employer branding, talent mapping). 
- Coach and mentor Talent Acquisition Advisors to promote continuous learning and development and best practices 
Key qualifications:
- Post-secondary education with focus on Human Resources Management or related discipline 
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical and digital roles. 
- Proven success hiring for complex, high-demand skill sets (e.g., developers, architects, DevOps engineers, data analysts etc.). 
- Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and digital recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, AI-driven search, GitHub, etc.). 
- Strong business acumen and ability to act as a consultative partner to hiring leaders. 
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments. 
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization. 
- Comfortable with ATS systems and recruitment analytics (Workday or similar). 
- Passion for innovation, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring practices.
