Zendesk is looking for a strategic Senior Talent Advisor to lead and support hiring across GTM with heavy focus on Sales hiring, based in Singapore.

In this role, you will use cutting-edge AI technologies to eliminate the manual, administrative grind of recruiting so you can focus on what matters most: market intelligence, deep stakeholder influence, and human connection. You will act as a consultant to our senior leaders—using data to challenge assumptions, guide workforce planning, and lead the recruitment process with absolute authority.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Leadership & Influence

  • Consultative Advisory: Partner closely with senior leaders to shape hiring decisions, compensation, offer strategy, and role scope, successfully negotiating on unrealistic requirements using local market data.

  • Process Ownership: Own the "How" of the hiring lifecycle. Boldly manage your stakeholders to ensure tight interview loops, rapid post-final feedback turnarounds, and elite candidate care.

  • Compelling Storytelling: Spend your candidate interactions passionately selling the Zendesk mission and culture, serving as a compelling brand ambassador rather than just a checklist evaluator.

  • Regional Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with regional TA peers to ensure alignment on global initiatives, employer branding, and diversity outreach programs.

Data-Driven Market Intelligence

  • Market Mapping: Use AI and talent intelligence platforms to extract real-time market data, local salary benchmarks, and competitor talent flows across the region.

  • The Funnel-First Approach: Diagnose hiring bottlenecks by presenting clear data funnels to prove whether a blocker is a sourcing issue or an unrealistic hiring bar.

  • Predictive Pivoting: Recognize early when a search is stalling and proactively use data to pitch strategic pivots.

AI-Amplified Sourcing & Operations

  • Prompt-to-Source: Leverage advanced AI sourcing tools to build hyper-targeted talent pipelines, moving past basic Boolean strings.

  • Automated Engagement: Architect and optimize automated outreach sequences and AI-driven response management, maintaining a high-touch, personalized candidate experience at scale.

  • Workflow Automation: Actively find ways to automate low-value tasks to maximize your time spent interviewing and advising.

  • The Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-moving, international corporate environment, with a track record of hiring in Sales functions. 

  • The AI Mindset: You possess a clear sense of how to leverage generative AI and automation to optimize your workflow, paired with strong judgment regarding data privacy, confidentiality, and mitigating algorithmic bias.

  • The Strategic Influencer: Exceptional consultative and stakeholder management skills with a "diplomat's backbone"—capable of delivering hard market truths to senior leaders smoothly, backed by undeniable data.

  • Commercial & Regional Acumen: Deep understanding of regional labor markets, compensation models, internal mobility, and how talent strategy drives business outcomes.
