BBST - BrazilBoeing Brazil is seeking a Senior Systems Software Engineer, reporting to the Systems Engineer Manager, working out of the Sao Jose Dos Campos office. The Senior Systems Software Engineer will join the integrated Simulation and Modeling & Systems Engineering tools team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead Software Development activities through standards for Aircraft Systems Development for several programs.
- Drive continual improvement in solutions sets to Development and Derivative Programs.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
- Must have a degree in Engineering
- Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA).
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
- Able to travel both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
- In-depth experience with Software Development for Aircraft Systems.
- In-depth Coding experience (C, C++, Python, Java, Labview, etc.).
- Experience with Virtual System Integration, Lab Development, Software-in-the-loop, Hardware-in-the-loop, Data Acquisition Systems (development, integration and troubleshooting).
- Experience with Model-based design (modeling and simulation using Matlab/Simulink).
- Experience with networking protocols.
- Experience applying systems engineering principles.
- Experience with System Test Engineering will be an asset in this role.
- Familiarity with Proof Of Match (POM) will be an asset in this role.
- Flexible collaboration skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with ARP-4754, ARP-4761, DO-178B/C, Part-60.
