The Sr Systems Integrator executes complex industrial controls projects, with an emphasis on delivering PLC and HMI/SCADA products utilizing industry standard platforms including Rockwell Automation, Emerson, GE, Schneider Electric, and more. This position is expected to exercise engineering and programming oversight on large capital projects including the functional supervision and direction of dedicated engineering and systems integration resources. In this position your duties will entail:
- PLC logic design and programming.
- HMI/SCADA design and programming.
- Electrical control circuit design and review.
- Field activities such as installation, commissioning, and site investigations.
- Perform systems integrations using a wide variety of serial and ethernet protocols.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing as required.
- Preparation of sales proposals and review of plans and specifications.
- Meeting and presentations to customers, internal and external.
- Preparation of technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables.
Requirements
- 7+ years in PLC/PAC programming, utilizing IEC-61131 languages.
- 7+ years in HMI/SCADA design and programming, including large distributed architectures.
- 5+ years in electrical schematic design for control systems.
- Demonstrated experience with common industrial automation communication protocols including Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET and serial equivalents.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science or related fields or demonstrated relevant experience.
Salary Range: $140k-$160k/yr. DOE.
