- Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft infrastructure services including deployment, support, optimization, and migration projects.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues across Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in on-premise server environments, including troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Design and execute migration strategies (on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to hybrid/cloud) with minimal service disruption.
Microsoft Platform Expertise
- Architect, deploy, and support:
- Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and hybrid)
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- SQL Server (installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning)
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft enterprise technologies.
- Deep expertise in:
- Microsoft Exchange (setup, support, troubleshooting, and migration)
- Active Directory (design, administration, and recovery)
- SQL Server (installation, configuration, support)
- Strong on-premise server experience — hands-on exposure is mandatory.
- Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise-scale environments.
