Your Mission:

As a customer-facing Sales Engineer, you won’t just sell products — you’ll architect the future for your customers. You’ll bring deep expertise across analytics, AI, and next-gen data platforms — pairing bleeding-edge tech like Trino, Spark, Iceberg, vector databases, RAG, and NIMS with real-world business outcomes.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology vision, customer obsession, and business results.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers driving AI, analytics, and data modernization initiatives.
• Architect solutions across analytics engines, data lakes, RAG pipelines, and vector search — all optimized for an AI-driven world.
• Run world-class demos, POCs, and workshops that show—not just tell—why our platform is a game-changer.
• Be the trusted technical advisor that executives and architects rely on to shape their data and AI strategies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap based on real-world customer needs.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Field CTO experience in data, analytics, or AI infrastructure.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of platforms like Trino, Apache Spark, Iceberg, data lakes, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
• Ability to whiteboard complex architectures on the fly — and make them simple and compelling.
• Strong communication and executive presence: you can move easily from technical deep-dives to C-level conversations.
• Passion for innovation, learning, and making an impact in a high-growth environment.
