Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Systems Analyst to join our Project/Program Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our critical "Smart Assign" application and its Progress database environment.

You will join a forward-thinking team dedicated to application modernization, integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and scaling our capabilities for a global audience.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Responsibility 1: Lead the maintenance and enhancement of the "Smart Assign" Progress database and application overlay to ensure high performance, data integrity, and bug-free operations.

  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate with presales and project stakeholders to perform complex data manipulation, custom uploads, and normalization for client project lifecycles.

  • Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by managing data security, executing quality-controlled data returns to the main system (SKP), and maintaining server organization.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in database programming or systems analysis, specifically within a Progress database environment or similar technology stack.

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and complex data manipulation techniques, including normalization and cleanup.

  • Proven ability in analytical problem-solving, particularly in developing custom solutions for non-standard client requests and managing detailed project lifecycles.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
