Equity Trading Technology is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our common trading platform which is used across multiple asset classes within Fidelity’s Asset Management business unit.
As a member of our team, you will analyze both current and new business and technical processes, identify system interfaces and dependencies.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Third level degree or equivalent and over four years of professional experience
- General understanding or interest in financial industry, including equity and credit markets
- Experience capable of assessing the magnitude and impact of work at a granular level, down to individual user stories.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle)
- Expertise in defining test cases with appropriate detail, ensuring acceptance criteria align with real business value—essentially, ensuring we test the right elements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the technical acumen to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders effectively.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Finance or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in business-critical applications, with a strong advantage for those knowledgeable in Asset Management/ investment professional business-facing tools.
- Solid understanding of financial industry, including equity and credit markets
