Integration Support Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve data related issues between systems including data mapping, data quality, and system connectivity
• Actively monitor integration flows to identify potential issues, performance bottlenecks, and alert relevant teams
• Provide technical assistance to users regarding integration functionalities, data flow, data mapping, and system interactions
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand integration needs, gather requirements, and document technical specifications
• Assist in the implementation of new and existing integrations including configuration, testing, and deployment. Deploy changes in compliance with IT release management process
• Support business users and integration teams with data validation and quality checks
• Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and technical specifications
• Act as 1st responder for severity 1 issues by gathering support teams, resolving critical incidents, performing root cause analysis, and providing ongoing communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field
• 5+ years of IT experience in an integration support role
• Experience supporting integrations with multiple systems including Okta, Salesforce, and HANA
• Knowledge and experience supporting data formats and web services including REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, CSV
• Ability to analyze data flows, identify root causes of integration issues, and propose solutions
• Ability to manage small integration projects, track progress, and meet deadlines
• Strong technical background. Extensive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiar with Descartes Route Planner and Transportation Management is a plus

Pay Range: $57,658 - 149,700 annual salary

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
