We're seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with Centric PLM expertise to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to revolutionize our product lifecycle management platform, optimize our processes, and lead us toward maximum efficiency.
- Provide expert level support to end-users in troubleshooting technical issues including maintenance, new development and problem solving to provide the company with a reliable PLM solution.
- Under general direction, provide support to end-users and deliver training on the software.
- Work in international cross-functional teams to gather and analyze complex business requirements and provide solutions to meet those requirements.
- Estimates system configuration and development efforts.
- Lead projects with cross functional project team members; coordinates with others, schedules and communicates work progress and is responsible for delivery of solutions.
- Manage the integration of Centric PLM software with other systems.
- Uses standard team/department methods and processes to complete work; assists in developing methods and processes when required.
- Participates in and supports disaster recovery initiatives and change management standards and procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Centric PLM software and make recommendations for improvements.
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by Manager.
- Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a Business discipline or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Deep experience with Centric PLM software implementation and maintenance.
- Expert knowledge of Centric PLM software modules, including product specification management, merchandising, raw materials management, and calendar management.
- Ability to operate independently or as part of a team and complete agreed-upon deliverables within established timeframes.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the apparel or retail industry strongly preferred.
Working Conditions
100% Remote. Must be able to work East Coast hours.

$80,000.00
Salary Maximum
$105,000.00
