About the role:

The ASG GTM Team drives revenue across OpCos (operating companies) through the use of repeatable and scalable GTM processes which are rooted in data, technology, and enablement. We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator who orchestrates the development of Salesforce/HubSpot environments as well as integrated GTM systems at both ASG and our OpCos to enforce our desired GTM process. As the connective point between holding company and OpCo GTM systems, this role is responsible for creating and maintaining GTM reporting which allows us to proactively identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.

This role reports to the VP, Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as our CRM expert for Salesforce/HubSpot projects across the ASG portfolio
  • Maintain and enhance ASG’s Salesforce environment to be a sample of what the “perfect” environment would look like across our key GTM motions (PLG, SMB, MM)
  • Create a repeatable playbook for deploying standardized Salesforce environments down to our OpCos, leveraging tools like Gearset and Pharos
  • Drive the adoption of Salesforce best practices and build standard processes for OpCo teams to follow
  • Standardize data structure across the portfolio to facilitate the ability to automate rolling GTM data up to the ASG level
  • Work cross-functionally at ASG to create and maintain HoldCo level reporting and dashboarding to visualize portfolio GTM performance
  • Mentor OpCo team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Proficient in both Administrator and BSA skillsets
  • Strong in Flows and SOQL/SOSL, with familiarity in Apex
  • Verifiable certified Salesforce professional: Advanced Administrator or equivalent
  • Demonstrable practical experience beyond Salesforce certifications - you have both designed and delivered solutions which have been integrated into connected/external apps

Base Salary Range: The target salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
