Senior Systems Administrator

Responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise identity and network infrastructure services, focusing on Active Directory environments and core network services such as DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (IPAM).

• Provide advanced technical support for on-premise Active Directory environments including troubleshooting complex incidents and performing root cause analysis.
  
• Maintain and support enterprise network services including DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and operational quality standards.
  
• Support infrastructure components such as Active Directory Sites and Services and enterprise name servers.
  
• Assist in managing enterprise IP addressing strategies including subnet allocation and data center IP topology.
  
• Support and maintain enterprise load balancing platforms.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain infrastructure stability and security.
  
• Maintain knowledge base documentation and operational procedures.
  
• Train and mentor team members on troubleshooting techniques and best practices.
  
• Resolve complex support tickets within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  
• Proactively identify and address potential security risks.
  

• Strong expertise in Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
  
• Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems.
  
• Experience with enterprise network infrastructure technologies and data center networking.
  
• Familiarity with enterprise load balancing technologies.
  
• Knowledge of network segmentation, WAN subnet allocation, and VRF management.
  
• Strong incident management and root cause analysis skills.
  
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
