AT&T has an opening for a Senior System Administrator to support operations by maintaining, documenting, and administering enterprise IT systems. This role is the Senior System Administrator will deliver helpdesk and troubleshooting support, oversee problem resolution, and maintain system configurations to ensure availability, reliability, and security.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop system documentation to include product guides/manuals, SOPs, work logs and the Helpdesk ticket system
- Provide system administration support
- Provide maintenance and support of existing software (problem report/trouble tick resolution) and hardware
- Provide helpdesk support for collecting, controlling and disseminating, documenting and resolving all IT related questions and problems.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, 11 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate understanding of Red Hat Linux, Trusted Linux, Windows 10, VMware
