How you’ll make an impact
As Senior System Test Team member, perform exploration tests and develop automated tests in Python
Implement functional and non-functional tests
Take part in the development and automation of test procedures and frameworks
Create efficient test strategies and test infrastructure ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements
Contribute to laboratory expansion by installing and configuring network equipment
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, quality experts, product owners, domain experts and system architects
Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements, create and maintain test documentation including test plans and test reports
Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and tools
Support the adoption of QA best practices and mentor team members in test methodologies across SAFe/SCRUM R&D teams
Focusing on safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
BSc or MSc degree in IT, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics or similar area
At least 5+ years of experience in Python testing
Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks including Pytest and UI test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright)
Experience with Linux systems, Bash, Git, virtualization, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
Network management skills, e.g. VLANs configuration, understanding of TCP/IP stack or communication protocols (e.g. SNMP, MPLS), testing network management software is an advantage
Experience with laboratory test equipment is an advantage
Ability to work independently, solutions-oriented approach, willingness to learn and strong communication skills with spoken and written English
