This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire a Senior System Support Analyst (L2 Support) with 3-5 years of work experience.
Summary:

We are looking for a Senior System Support Analyst (L2 Support) with strong experience in Windows OS and application support environments. The ideal candidate will possess solid troubleshooting abilities, scripting knowledge, and excellent communication skills to support business-critical systems.

Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Provide L2 support for Windows OS and Windows-based applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of support environments
  • Develop and maintain scripts using languages such as Visual Script, JavaScript, Perl, or Python for automation and support activities

Qualifications & Skills :
  • 3-5 years of experience in Windows OS and Windows platform application support
  • Good understanding of departmental processes and support environments
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Visual Script, JavaScript, Perl, Python, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A college or university degree is considered an asset
  • Previous financial institution experience is an asset

The pay range for this role is CAD 80,000 CAD 93,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). This job is open for contract as well with a pay range of CAD 45-54/hr (max.)
