Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our Global Digital Solutions Service Operations team to work onsite in Royersford, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical operation and maintenance of enterprise, client-server, and desktop computer systems and networks within a high-volume, secure environment.
You will join a dynamic team dedicated to driving support commitments and improving service operations across the global business.
What You’ll DoManage Infrastructure and System Lifecycle: Lead the design and implementation of new site builds and daily maintenance activities to ensure all Information Technology operations run smoothly and meet project Service Level Agreements.
Collaborate on Complex Problem Resolution: Partner with stakeholders across implementation, engineering, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues while delivering customer-centric solutions.
Ensure Regulatory and Security Compliance: Administer computer networks and related environments in preparation for Government Audits, utilizing Security Technical Implementation Guides and Security Content Automation Protocol scans to ensure all systems meet strict security standards.
Extensive Technical Expertise: Over five years of Information Technology industry experience with a deep understanding of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2022, Structured Query Language Databases, and Active Directory.
Advanced Networking and Hardware Knowledge: Proven ability in installing hardware and administering networks, including experience with Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Specialized Application Skills: Experience deploying and troubleshooting Kofax imaging software, including batch classes and custom digital imaging modules.
Education and Citizenship Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and United States citizenship, as you must be able to obtain various Government clearances.
Shifts: This role requires on-site presence daily during the 11:30 am – 8:00 pm or 4:00 pm – 12:30 am shifts.
Location: Royersford, Pennsylvania.
Travel: Limited travel required up to 15%.
