Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
Responsible for the functional development and delivery of automotive electronic products, acting as the technical owner for assigned functions within projects.
Lead and guide hardware, software, and testing teams in functional design, implementation, and validation activities.
Take ownership of technical issue analysis and solution definition during R&D and mass production phases, and ensure effective implementation.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Lead customer requirement alignment, analysis, clarification, and finalization; define system-level solutions based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to review and evaluate hardware designs related to assigned functions.
- Collaborate with software teams to review software design concepts, architecture, and implementation plans.
- Work closely with testing teams to review and validate test strategies and test cases.
- Serve as the technical focal point for assigned functions, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions across development and production stages.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive electronics development within OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
Proven experience participating in at least two full-cycle mass production projects.
Solid understanding of automotive E/E architectures and common body electrical systems.
Strong technical passion, curiosity, and continuous learning capability.
Clear logical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in body domain products, especially motor-driven systems such as windows, sunroofs, or seat control systems.
In-depth understanding of the automotive V-model development process and functional safety concepts and workflows.
Background as a hardware or software engineer.
Strong experience in motor control–related products or systems.
Good English & Chinese communication skills.
