Are you ready to lead the next generation of Pixellot’s AI-powered camera systems?
Pixellot, the global leader in automated sports production, is transforming how sports are captured, produced, and shared. Our intelligent camera systems and cloud technologies bring professional-grade sports broadcasting to every field — from global leagues to local communities.

We’re looking for a Senior System Engineer to lead the design, integration, and delivery of Pixellot’s next-generation camera systems. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end system engineering efforts — from concept and prototyping to production and deployment — combining expertise in optics, hardware, and software.
If you’re a hands-on technical leader who thrives on complex multidisciplinary challenges, enjoys driving processes, and has the charisma to influence and inspire teams — we want to meet you.
As part of your role, you will:
  • Lead the system design and integration of new Pixellot camera products from concept through production.
  • Define system architecture and requirements across optics, electronics, and software domains.
  • Work closely with R&D, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to manufacturing.
  • Lead E2E processes for new camera introductions — from prototype builds to field deployment.
  • Contribute hands-on to system validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in system performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
  • Serve as a technical focal point for multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

You should bring with you:
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in system engineering or multidisciplinary product development.
  • Proven experience leading the development of complex hardware products — with deep understanding of optical design principles and camera imaging systems.
  • Strong understanding of optics, electronics, and system integration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take ownership, drive processes E2E, and deliver high-quality results in dynamic environments.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience in video, imaging, or AI-based vision systems.
  • Background in mechanical design, thermal design, or manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, real-time software, or FPGA integration.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and NPI processes.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:
  • Be part of the global leader in AI-powered sports broadcasting.
  • Lead cutting-edge projects combining optics, hardware, and software.
  • See your work come to life in products used by millions of fans worldwide.
  • Collaborate with passionate teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What We Do

Today, millions of sporting events take place annually; however, 99% are not broadcast. These events range from local youth and women’s sports to lower leagues in popular sports and even professional leagues in niche sports.

Pixellot’s automated sports production solutions revolutionize traditional video capture, production and distribution processes, enabling professional and amateur sports organizations to affordably cover and monetize their events.
Pixellot’s technology streamlines the production workflow by deploying an unmanned multi-camera system in a single fixed rig (with additional angles as required), covering the entire field and delivering a stitched panoramic image. Advanced auto-production mechanisms track the flow of play, identify highlights, create replays and insert advertisements without human intervention. Pixellot's analytics and video editing platform Vidswap allows coaches to save time by breaking down games and get detailed game, team and players stats 4 hours after the game is over.

Over 25,000 Pixellot systems have been sold to production companies, sports portals, sports federations, leagues, clubs, venues, and coaching solution providers around the world, including the US, China, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, France, UK, Japan, Singapore, Mexico, and other markets
