What You’ll Do
You will be crucial in ensuring our services teams have robust, ready-to-use environments, with a strong focus on maximizing value for our stakeholders.
- System Provisioning: Provision complex, distributed applications on Azure runtimes, prioritizing the needs and success of internal teams.
- Troubleshooting: Systematically diagnose and resolve complex issues across K8S, networking, and SQL reported by QA, working seamlessly across different groups for joint solutions.
- Automation: Continuously seek opportunities to automate routine tasks and elevate tooling efficiency beyond the current standard.
- Clarity & Documentation: Document procedures and knowledge base articles clearly and concisely, eliminating unnecessary complexity.
Requirements & Skills
We are seeking a proactive engineer who can attend our Kraków office twice per week for hybrid collaboration. We value individuals who are technically curious and move quickly to solve problems.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in cloud system engineering (DevOps support, infrastructure, or admin roles).
- Core Tech: Proven experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.
- Proactivity: Ability to prioritize tasks and move decisively to deliver results quickly.
- Communication: Strong, direct communication skills for discussing and documenting technical issues honestly and clearly.
- Automation & AI: Basic experience automating tasks with scripting languages and an affinity for integrating AI tooling.
- Nice to Have: Experience with ArgoCD, Terraform, SonarCloud, or Azure certifications.
