Senior System Engineer (C++, C#, Java)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer with a strong foundation in C++, C#, and Java to join our team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems, leveraging your expertise in system engineering principles and robust debugging techniques to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Software Design and Development:
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code using C++, C#, and Java, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Design and implement robust system architectures, considering scalability, performance, and security considerations.
- System Integration:
- Integrate various software components and systems into a cohesive solution, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting:
- Conduct thorough debugging sessions to identify root causes of system failures and resolve complex technical problems.
- Effectively utilize debugging tools and techniques to diagnose and fix defects in a timely manner.
- Performance Optimization:
- Analyze system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement optimization strategies to enhance system speed and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership:
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on coding practices and system design.
- Share knowledge through code reviews, documentation, and internal training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Proven proficiency in C++, C#, and Java programming languages.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with system architecture design, including distributed systems and microservices.
- Familiarity with common system engineering tools and methodologies.
- System Engineering Expertise:
- Deep understanding of system integration concepts and best practices.
- Experience with system performance analysis and optimization techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues across multiple layers.
- Debugging Skills:
- Excellent debugging abilities, including the use of advanced debugging tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve root causes of software defects.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on C++, C#, and Java.
- Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems.
- Demonstrated experience in system integration and performance optimization.
