Job Title : Senior System & Automation Executive
Work Location : Vientiane Head Office
Purpose: To contribute to the growth of country performance and support the customer development function, it's essential to deeply understand and address to support needs of distributors and field teams needed.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- LE(SAP) lead operation implementation application of DMS system.
- Support all technical processes, business processes related issue/concern/request
- Support team to generate Data for analysis and consultant.
- Managing Distribution Management System "LeverEdge" end to end process from Support, Change Management, Change Request, UAT, Rollout, Training, and related jobs.
- Manage & run end to end service delivery framework for Distributor in related project.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good in Excel, Power Point, Word
- Able to make decisions despite uncertainty with rationality, logic, and trend
- Comfortable with number and data learning and management
- Learning agility and adaptability in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication in both Lao and English
