As a Senior System Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our trading systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities
- Design and propose technical solutions that align with FxPro's business objectives and technology strategy
- Develop detailed system specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts to guide developers
- Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of system solutions
- Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and platforms
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a similar role, with 2 years experience working with mobile / web applications
- Expertise in analyzing and documenting requirements for business-to-clients applications
- Experienced in creating detailed system specifications, wireframes, diagrams, and flowcharts
- Hands-on experience in API analysis and integration, including: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, external service integrations, and etc.
- Good understanding of modern UX/UI design principles
- Proficient in creating comprehensive technical documentation
- Proficient in responsive design and system architecture
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Analytical thinking and data analysis skills
- Adaptability to changing business needs
- Ability to communicate and prepare software requirements in English
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle
- In-depth knowledge of trading systems is nice to have
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Russian will be an advantage
