Why we're hiring for this role: As Zocks scales, we need a dedicated Senior System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve our internal IT infrastructure. You’ll be the go-to expert for device and access management, network optimization, and system security — ensuring our team stays productive, secure, and supported across Mac and Windows environments.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, precision, and proactive problem-solving.
What You’ll Own
- User Access Provisioning & Management
- Set up and maintain user accounts, roles, and permissions across systems
- Implement and manage SSO login solutions for secure, seamless access
- Device Management & Policy Enforcement
- Oversee MacBook and Windows laptop provisioning, updates, and compliance
- Define and enforce equipment usage policies and lifecycle management
- Smart Network & Internet Infrastructure
- Design and maintain scalable, secure internal networks
- Monitor internet performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- G-Suite Administration
- Manage Google Workspace accounts, groups, and security settings
- Support collaboration tools and integrations
- Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with US-based IT vendors for hardware, software, and services
- Coordinate procurement, support, and contract renewals
- Security & Compliance
- Ensure systems meet internal and external security standards
- Monitor access logs, patch vulnerabilities, and manage backups
- Support & Documentation
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for technical issues
- Maintain clear documentation for systems, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure management
- Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of macOS and Windows environments
- Experience with SSO, G-Suite, and device management platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune)
- Familiarity with network design and internet performance monitoring
- Owner mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the US for vendor meetings and coordination
