Senior System Administrator
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Role Summary:
The Sr. System Administrator role will be responsible for managing and maintaining Core IT Infrastructure of Onit, with technical expertise in M365 and Intune Administration. Knowledge of CrowdStrike, Mimecast, Meraki, ISO 27001 and GDPR would be good. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various applications and Microsoft 365 services would be BAU. Quickly learning and developing new skills would be expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving tickets and implementing changes related to Intune and all M365 apps. Will to learn, troubleshoot and resolve JAMF and MacBook-related issues.
- Improving Intune, Increasing Entra ID Security Score, Conditional Access and Security Policies, Email Security and Network security.
- Manage email authentication protocols (DKIM, DMARC, SPF) for enhanced security.
- Hands-on expertise in monitoring email traffic, troubleshooting email delivery issues, managing quarantines, and responding to security incidents using the Mimecast Admin Console.
- Drive continuous learning and improvement in Intune, Entra Security Score, and complete M365 Suite.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Intune, M365, Mimecast and ISO 27001.
- Hands-on experience in Intune & Entra ID , Identity & Access Management (IAM), MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and ISO 27001 process.
- Lead M365 tenant-to-tenant or hybrid migrations, user onboarding/offboarding automation, and policy configuration.
- Implement, monitor, and optimize Intune MAM/MDM and Conditional Access policies.
- Own compliance initiatives include ISO 27001 audits, risk management, and GDPR-aligned data practices.
- Manage & Troubleshoot Mimecast email security: DKIM, SPF, DMARC configuration, threat protection, and incident response.
Certifications:
- MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
- MD-102: Endpoint Administrator
- Any M365 migration-related experience would be required.
