As a Senior Survey Associate, you will play a critical dual role: delivering high-impact survey projects for clients by sourcing and vetting relevant experts, while also mentoring and guiding more junior Associates within your team. You will report into a Team Lead (TL) and act as a key point of contact and lead by example in project execution.

You will be expected to manage survey fieldwork from brief to delivery, ensuring high-quality expert participation within the available timeframes. In addition, you will help onboard new team members, provide coaching, and step into leadership duties when your TL is away.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders within the business. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to defining what best-in-class survey sourcing looks like as we scale this function within the business.

What You Will Do as a Senior Survey Associate:Project Management & Expert Sourcing
  • Rapidly interpret client survey briefs and understand the target respondent profile and what is required for the project to be successful
  • Source relevant experts globally using our proprietary platform, and other external recruiting tools.
  • Engage with and evaluate experts through pre-screening questions, screening calls where necessary and background research to assess fit for the survey
  • Communicate directly with experts to confirm authenticity, relevance, and willingness to participate
  • Maximize conversion from sourced profiles to completed survey responses to ensure client deadlines are met
  • Recognise potential barriers early and suggest methodologies or changes to increase feasibility
  • Collaborate with your TL/ATL to ensure coverage of all active projects and successful delivery of team KPIs
  • Participate in regular team briefings and contribute to workload planning and prioritization
Team Support
  • Mentor and support onboarding of new Associates, sharing best practices and guiding them through processes
  • Provide ad-hoc training and assist in delivering onboarding/process sessions
  • Deputize for your TL during their absence, taking ownership of team coordination and performance
  • Support the development of a collaborative, high-performance team culture
  • Contribute to process improvements, exploring new digital technologies and suggest innovations to enhance our expert sourcing methods and survey operations.
Requirements
Key Skills & Attributes
  • Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple urgent projects or tasks at once
  • Proven ability to use research tools and respondent databases to identify and engage hard-to-find professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and client stakeholders
  • Commercially aware with a deep interest in business, markets, and industry trends
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
  • Natural people leader with a passion for mentoring and team development
  • Comfortable working autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team structure
Person Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related or analytical field.
  • Previous experience in expert networks, consulting, market research, or sales/recruitment roles
  • Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of corporate structures and industry landscapes.
  • Agility and adaptability to manage high volumes of short-deadline projects, comfortable working in a rapidly growing environment with ongoing process development and structural evolution
