The Role

You’ll be a trusted resource for business leaders, traveling executives, and the broader employee base, delivering responsive and proactive support aligned with Lytx's global standards. While not dedicated to executive coverage, you’ll represent the local standard for white-glove support—resolving complex issues, guiding peers, and helping shape the experience for users across all levels of the organization.

This is a high-impact role that blends advanced technical troubleshooting with business-aligned service delivery, offering the autonomy to own your region while collaborating with global peers.

 

You’ll Get To:

·       Deliver hands-on, senior-level IT support to end users across devices, applications, and platforms—including Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams, and secure mobile solutions.

·       Provide tailored, white-glove support to senior leaders in the region and to visiting executives, ensuring high-quality experiences and rapid issue resolution.

·       Serve as the escalation point for complex or persistent issues—troubleshooting independently while partnering with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams as needed.

·       Contribute to global endpoint compliance initiatives by executing identity and access operations (provisioning, MFA, policy enforcement) using Azure AD/Entra ID, Active Directory, and Okta.

·       Support AV systems, hybrid meeting spaces, and collaboration environments in the region—ensuring seamless functionality and user confidence.

·       Oversee device lifecycle activities, including imaging, deployment, returns, asset tracking, and audit readiness.

·       Act as a mentor and informal leader to local and global support peers, sharing knowledge, refining SOPs, and contributing to service improvement efforts.

·       Uphold and advocate for Lytx support standards, delivering services with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.

 

What You Need:

·       6–8+ years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment, with demonstrated ownership of advanced technical troubleshooting and user experience.

·       Proven ability to engage effectively with senior business leaders, providing high-touch support with discretion and clear communication.

·       Expertise in Windows and macOS support, Microsoft 365, identity platforms (Azure AD/Entra ID, AD, Okta), collaboration tools, and endpoint protection solutions.

·       Experience supporting AV and collaboration tools in executive meeting spaces or hybrid environments.

·       Strong working knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and a commitment to documentation, SLAs, and service quality.

·       Self-motivated, accountable, and resourceful—comfortable leading in-region with minimal oversight while aligning to global standards.

·       Technical certifications or an associate/bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
