A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting WellSky user-facing applications to ensure superior quality, good client references, and overall satisfaction with our support services
- Troubleshooting and documenting complex software operational issues and technical issues of moderate complexity
- Escalating unresolved issues with thorough documentation as required, maintaining ownership of issue through resolution
- Partnering with other teams or departments to resolve user problems
- Providing a great client experience through friendly, professional responses
- Ensuring required response time and resolution times are met
- Leading mail intake process
- Quality Control Checks for monthly and quarterly processes
- Troubleshooting, guiding and directing operators and HQ staff on things like software, training, process improvement
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Suite Products
