We are currently seeking a Business Administration graduate or Industrial Engineer to join our team as a Senior Supply Planning Analyst. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely and efficient supply of materials and inputs to the production area.
Your Day at Biomás
Preparing and efficiently executing the supply plan for raw materials and inputs for production.
Ensuring the availability of raw materials and inputs.
Creating and managing stock policies to optimize inventory levels.
Keeping demand and supply planning parameters up to date, such as Safety Stock (SS), Reorder Point (ROP), Lead Time (LT), and Service Level (SL).
Managing the creation of requisitions and tracking purchase orders.
Sharing and communicating the replenishment plan with Quality Control, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams on a monthly basis.
Efficiently managing the obsolescence of materials and inputs.
Ensuring the creation, deletion, and/or modification of item codes in the ERP system.
Supporting and monitoring demand performance indicators.
Collaborating in the generation and updating of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
More than 4 years of proven experience in supply planning or similar roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Strong knowledge and management of key indicators such as inventory levels, stock control, and ABC classification.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Bejerman and SAP systems (not mandatory).
Intermediate to advanced level of English.
Work Location: San Martín, Buenos Aires Province
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
