Senior Supply Planning Analyst

Role: Senior Supply Planning Analyst

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Overview:

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities to meet clients’ demand. You will analyze inventory levels, maintain enough inventory to meet demands without overstocking or supply gap. You will work with colleagues from operations, production and other supply chain departments.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly activities:

• Create a production plan for the next 12 weeks;
• Receive and provide information within the framework of their job duties;
• Know your product group, manage it;
• Maintain a data system for your product groups;

• Monthly activities:

• Participate in the preparation for monthly deliveries;
• Form and manage inventories of goods of their group;
• Compare the results of their work according to KPIs.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Higher education;
• Experience in supply planning;
• Analytical mindset;
• Ability to count inventory and sometimes move heavy objects while monitoring and managing the current inventory,
• Knowledge of computer programs MS Office, Excel;
• English at an intermediate level and above.

• Full time
• Hybrid work, after the end of martial law - in the office
• This role is eligible for domestic or international relocation
