The Role
Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What you will do

As a Senior Supply Planner (Hybrid) supporting our Sustainability Solutions business unit, you’ll play a critical role in translating demand into actionable supply plans that keep our business running smoothly. You’ll help build master resource and capacity plans, identify supply risks and bottlenecks, and ensure the right inventory levels are in place to support a 24-month horizon. Partnering closely with production, purchasing, and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll track execution, mitigate backorders, support product launches and phase-outs, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, offering the opportunity to grow your expertise in strategic supply planning while contributing directly to service levels, operational performance, and business success.  This is a hybrid role. We are seeking a candidate in the surrounding area. The employee is expected to be physically present at a Stryker location on a  weekly basis based on site business needs but has the flexibility to work from home.

  • Support the development of the Master Resource Plan to ensure finished goods, raw materials, and components are aligned with demand over a 24-month horizon.

  • Assist in building capacity plans to identify supply risks, bottlenecks, and underutilization, and recommend mitigation actions.

  • Manage a defined segment of the product portfolio, with coaching and development in supply planning processes.

  • Partner with the Supply Planning Manager to establish appropriate inventory and safety stock levels based on demand variability and lead times.

  • Track execution of the supply plan with production scheduling and purchasing to ensure performance targets are met and supply risks are proactively communicated.

  • Support product launches and phase-outs, ensuring accurate planning and clear communication to stakeholders.

  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly supply review processes to confirm the organization’s ability to meet demand.

  • Maintain supply planning system data integrity to enable accurate planning and decision-making.

  • Analyze performance gaps, root cause issues, and recommend corrective actions.
