Essential Job Functions:

• Demand review and sales forecast management of selected product groups and legal entities through IBP process.

• Supply management by utilizing Arxada standard planning and scheduling systems (SAP-MRP/OMP).

• Ensure product availability against demand forecast/sales orders. Play a crucial role to achieve expected market service level/OTIF.

• Optimize inventory management and inventory level by utilizing the planning strategy, tactics and tools. Responsible for minimizing SMOG and optimizing SMOG management process efficiency. Support the return/redirection process when needed.

• Responsible for inventory correctness in relevance. Review inventory level, responsible for cycle count and full stock count processes in the assigned warehouses.

• Balance inventory and logistics cost efficiency in replenishment process.

• Ensure full compliance to external regulatory/legislation/customs requirements, and company policies in any activities.

• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other third-party logistics providers to facilitate smooth customs clearance and transportation.

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issue that may arise during transit.

• Pre-alert any supply risks and lead the mitigation actions.

• Periodically review the planning master data to ensure accuracy to support process efficiency.

• A key input to SIOP process in the region.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
