Responsible for coordinating and managing production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing work orders.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
• Assists with adjusting the Master Production Schedule to ensure timeliness regarding scheduling issues.
• Assists with evaluating weekly MRP demands and is responsible for determining scheduling deadlines and inventory quantities.
• Responds to system MPS/MRP recommendations and adjust manufacturing schedule (s) accordingly.
• Interfaces with Supervisors and Customer Service and resolve concerns regarding schedules, orders, and special needs.
• Evaluates ERP customer orders and solves back-order issues.
• Prepares weekly production reports, adjusts manufacturing schedule, resolves concerns regarding scheduling orders and special needs.
• Analyzes RCCP vs Weekly Build plans.
• Attend daily operations meeting.
• Collaborates with Supply Planners.
• Evaluates workload and provides mentoring to Supply planner II.
• Performs a variety of other tasks and related work, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills; preferably spreadsheets, word processing, CoPilot, and other applicable software programs.
• Experience with manufacturing work orders on Teach Teams or Value Stream Structure.
• Demonstrated experience with tracking and reviewing reports.
• Expert level Blue Yonder skills.
• APICS.
• Experience with MPR Planning tools.
• Knowledge of S&OP structure.
• Absorption and efficiency reporting.
