About the role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Supply Finance Analyst to support the Supply Finance agenda through cost control, inventory management, financial reporting, and innovation projects. This role will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and Manufacturing teams to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor Import Cost controls, ensuring accuracy and visibility of logistics and landed cost impacts.
  • Perform deep dive analyses on Local Production Costs, identifying risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements/productivity projects.
  • Support and participate in Innovation Projects, providing financial analysis and business case evaluations.
  • Monitor and control Inventory levels, provisions, and related financial impacts.
  • Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations for FP&A and leadership teams.
  • Support monthly closing activities related to Supply Finance.
  • Develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization initiatives and improve financial visibility.
Required Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken), after all, you’ll be part of a global company!
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • SAP knowledge is considered a plus.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Finance, Supply Finance, Operations Finance, or FP&A roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is a plus.

Work Model

  • Hybrid work model, 3 times per week, at our office located in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo-SP.
