Skills Required
- Extensive end-to-end supply chain experience
- Leadership experience within food, consumer goods, FMCG, food service, hospitality or multi-site operations
- Proven experience across procurement, planning, inventory and logistics
- Strong knowledge of temperature-controlled or perishable product supply chains
- Demonstrated success in cost reduction and operational improvement
- Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems
- Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Leadership and development of supply chain teams
- Quality, safety and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Regional experience
