As a Senior Supply Chain Financial Analyst, you will be a key member of the Foods Retail and Food Solutions (UFS) North America Supply Chain Finance Performance Management team, reporting to the NA SC Finance Performance Manager. This role will be based out of Hoboken, New Jersey.
In this role, you will provide end-to-end financial support across the Foods North America Supply Chain, helping to drive visibility, accountability and informed decision making. You will play a key role in delivery financial analysis and reporting that enhances the understanding of supply chain costs, performance trends, and key business drivers. You will also provide critical support to the team in key leadership forums including S&OP, SCLT, and Global connects.
Who You Are and What You'll Do
The role is an essential part of the NA Foods Supply Chain Finance team, and should have strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify value-added opportunities and provide financial insights to support better decision making.
Your core responsibilities will be:
• Lead forecasting processes, including consolidation, analysis, reporting, and follow up of forecast changes and performance drivers in key supply chain line items
• Monitor and analyze monthly gross margin forecast bias, identifying trends, and risks and opportunities to improve forecast
• Partner with and support the NA SC Performance Manager in delivering insights and materials for key leadership forums
• Serve as the finance lead of the Business Waste cost bucket, overseeing accruals for slow-moving and obsolete inventory, forecasting & analytics on waste sources and reduction initiatives, and partnering with various cross-functional stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• 2 - 3 years Experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, operations finance, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain teams is also preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect complex data, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience with forecasting, month end close, accrual management, and financial controls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while adapting to changing business needs
• Passion for continuous improvement and process optimization
• Self-motivated and proactive with strong initiative, and a track record of diving into results
• Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and networking skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively across remote and cross functional teams
Pay: The pay range for this position is $71,400 to $107,200. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
