Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Senior Supplier Program Mgmt Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share.
- Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product plans.
- Utilizing market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify product line and customer needs.
- Will determine program spend and develop forecasts which will be used to develop financial plans.
- Evaluate elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.
- Provides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities.
- Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area
- Ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience in Aviation Supply Chain/Product/Program management
- Proficiency with Microsoft office products
- Experience with presenting to interior and exterior partners (up to executive level)
- Experience with profit and loss forecasting

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Basic analytical skills
- Experience with conflict management
