About the Team: 

The Construction Design & Delivery team is at the core of Relativity’s growth and development. Through our collaboration and expertise, we deliver projects that lay the foundation for Relativity’s future success. In essence, ‘we build the factory that builds the rockets! We are responsible for cross functional relationships with teams such as Manufacturing, Propulsion, PBF, Avionics, Machine Shop, Facilities, EHS and Security to name a few, working through design specifications and execution of critical infrastructure projects that supports the mission of work centers. Our relationships don’t stop there, working daily with government agencies, utility suppliers, vendors and contractors who support our factory build out. Our team ensures that all projects meet operational requirements, safety and environmental codes, all the while remaining within budget, delivering on time, and to the highest quality as we help to drive production forward.

About the Role:

  • Lead all on-site construction activities across capital infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Act as the senior-most field leader coordinating trades, managing daily site logistics, and driving workflow continuity
  • Enforce rigorous safety protocols, conduct daily huddles/toolbox talks, and maintain full compliance with EH&S and OSHA standards
  • Partner with design engineers, project managers, and permitting teams to identify constructability issues and support real-time resolution
  • Drive execution against the master schedule through lookahead planning, field coordination, and inspection readiness
  • Own field-level reporting including daily logs, safety audits, manpower tracking, and punchlist initiation

About You:

  • 12+ years of construction supervision experience on capital infrastructure or industrial projects
  • Proven track record leading complex construction activities with high safety, quality, and execution standards
  • Skilled in managing subcontractors, sequencing trades, resolving field issues, and coordinating inspections
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced jobsite environments and cross-functional settings
  • Adept at reading and redlining construction drawings, and ensuring as-built documentation is accurate
  • Strong leadership presence with a focus on mentoring junior superintendents and field engineers

Nice to haves but not required:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications such as OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Bluebeam, Procore, or LEAN construction methodologies
  • Background in aerospace, cleanroom, or other highly regulated construction environments

Hiring Range:
$100,000$128,700 USD
